Job Description

- Supervise daily piping, mechanical, and structural works at site.
- Lead and coordinate technicians, fitters, welders, riggers, and subcontractors.
- Plan and allocate manpower, tools, materials, and equipment for daily activities.
- Read and interpret:
- P&IDs
- Isometric drawings
- Structural drawings
- GA drawings
- Fabrication drawings
- Mechanical layouts
- Oversee:
- Pipe fabrication and installation
- Structural steel erection
- Mechanical equipment installation
- Alignment and fit-up activities
- Hydrotesting and leak testing
- Bolting and torqueing works
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with approved procedures and specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and testing activities.
- Ensure safe lifting, rigging, and material handling operations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE, PTW, and LOTO requirements.
- Coordinate with E&I, civil, operations, and commissioning teams to avoid interface conflicts.
- Monitor progress and report daily site activities to supervisors.
- Troubleshoot site issues and resolve work execution problems.
- Ensure good housekeeping and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Verify completion of punch list items and support commissioning activities.
