Job Description

- Carry out mechanical and piping installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Assist in:
- Pipe fabrication and installation
- Equipment alignment
- Hydrotesting
- Leak testing
- Flushing and line blowing
- Inspect and maintain:
- Pumps
- Valves
- Compressors
- Pipelines
- Pressure vessels
- Static and rotating equipment
- Read and interpret:
- P&IDs
- Isometric drawings
- GA drawings
- Piping layouts
- Mechanical drawings
- Perform dismantling, servicing, and reassembly of mechanical equipment.
- Support shutdown, turnaround, and commissioning activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and piping issues and report abnormalities.
- Ensure piping supports, flanges, gaskets, and fittings are installed correctly.
- Coordinate with welding, rigging, E&I, and operations teams during maintenance activities.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Prepare maintenance and work completion reports.
- Follow PTW, LOTO, and company HSE procedures at all times.
