Job Description

- Measure, mark, and prepare pipes, plates, and structural materials for cutting and fabrication.
- Interpret and follow:
- Isometric drawings
- Fabrication drawings
- GA drawings
- Piping layouts
- Structural drawings
- Carry out fitting and alignment of:
- Pipes
- Flanges
- Valves
- Supports
- Structural components
- Assist in pipe fabrication and installation activities.
- Verify dimensions, orientation, and fit-up before welding activities.
- Ensure correct materials and fittings are used according to drawings and specifications.
- Support hydrotesting, flushing, and mechanical completion activities.
- Use fabrication and measuring tools safely and accurately.
- Coordinate with welders, riggers, supervisors, and QA/QC personnel.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Identify and report defects, mismatches, or fabrication issues.
- Assist in dismantling and reinstallation works during shutdown or maintenance activities.
