Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Project Engineer/Manager
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with HSE regulations
- Manage and supervise workers, subcontractors, and vendors on site
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship standards
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, or technical problems
- Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical) to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
Other Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site supervision- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Familiarity with local building regulations and standards
