Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate E&I foremen, technicians, and subcontractors
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily and weekly E&I activities
- Review electrical and instrumentation drawings, layouts, P&IDs, and specifications
- Ensure proper installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of E&I systems
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and other disciplines
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, project standards, and HSE requirements
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship
- Monitor progress and productivity; report status to the Construction Manager or Project Manager
- Resolve site technical issues and provide guidance to field teams
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment
- Participate in inspections, testing, and handover activities
- Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and manpower reports
Other Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in E&I works, with supervisory experience required- Strong experience in industrial projects (oil & gas, power plants, petrochemical, or manufacturing)
- Knowledge of IEC, NEC, IEEE, or other relevant standards
