- Supervise and lead E&I technicians, electricians, and instrument fitters
- Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower, tools, and materials
- Interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, schematics, loop diagrams, and P&IDs
- Install, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems (LV/MV) and instrumentation systems
- Oversee installation of cable trays, conduits, wiring, panels, junction boxes, and instruments
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit systems, and company HSE policies
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices
- Monitor work progress and report status to supervisors or project managers
- Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications
- Assist with testing, calibration, loop checking, and commissioning activities
- Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and manpower hours
