Job Description

- Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, including Electricians and Assistant Electricians

- Plan and execute preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and systems

- Oversee power generation, distribution, and switchgear systems

- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, VFD, SCR, and control systems

- Ensure electrical safety compliance, including isolation, LOTO, and permit to work (PTW)

- Inspect, test, and maintain motors, transformers, lighting, and emergency power systems

- Ensure compliance with OEM manuals, class, flag state, and regulatory requirements

- Maintain electrical maintenance records, drawings, and documentation

- Coordinate with the Chief Mechanic, Driller, Toolpusher, and Rig Manager

- Support audits, inspections, and emergency response activities

- Promote a strong safety culture and electrical best practices
