Job Description

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems

Maintain power generation, distribution, lighting, and emergency systems

Assist with troubleshooting motors, control panels, switchgear, PLC, VFD, and SCR systems

Follow electrical safety procedures, including isolation, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), and permit to work (PTW)

Report electrical faults, hazards, and abnormal conditions to the Chief Electrician

Assist with testing of alarms, emergency shutdown (ESD), and safety systems

Maintain electrical tools, test equipment, and work areas in safe condition

Complete maintenance records, logs, and handover reports

Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills

Support audits and inspections as required
