Job Description
Erect and dismantle basic scaffolding systems (e.g., independent scaffolds, towers, access platforms) under supervision.
Follow scaffold design plans and layout instructions provided by supervisors or advanced scaffolders.
Ensure that scaffolding is built according to safety guidelines and standards (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, BS EN).
Assist in transporting, organizing, and securing scaffolding materials on-site.
Perform regular checks of equipment and tools to ensure they are in good condition.
Maintain clean and safe work areas around scaffold operations.
Tag scaffolds correctly as instructed by supervisors.
Adhere strictly to all site safety protocols and participate in toolbox talks and safety drills.
Other Requirements
*Previous experience in industrial, construction, or offshore environments.*Familiarity with basic scaffold inspection procedures.
*Ability to progress toward advanced scaffolder certification
