Job Description

- The DESC Engineer is expected to be "on call" to always provide technical assistance/advice (24 hrs. per day).
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have at least 5 years of technical and operational experience in the required discipline such as designing various mud systems, knowledge of mud products, drilling fluid technologies. He should have attended college education, preferably university degree level.
- Have experience in supporting respective drilling fluids operations.
- Have good knowledge/understanding of laboratory techniques for testing drilling fluids.
- Must be competent in the use of the hydraulics modeling, hydrate curve generation, brine equivalent static density and fluids reporting software.
- Be willing to work and communicate with all the Project Teams to ensure a Safe and Successful Drilling Program.
