Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding systems in accordance with technical drawings, risk assessments, and industry regulations.
Build advanced scaffolding structures such as cantilever, suspended, birdcage, and shore scaffolds.
Ensure all scaffolding work meets applicable standards (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, BS EN, or local equivalents).
Inspect scaffold components and report any damage or defects.
Tag scaffolds appropriately to indicate inspection status and usage suitability.
Support the Scaffold Supervisor in planning, layout, and sequencing of scaffold erection.
Mentor and train junior scaffolders and ensure all work is conducted safely and efficiently.
Participate in toolbox talks and site safety meetings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of scaffold materials and work areas.
