Job Description
- Assist in planning and coordinating vessel movements and marine logistics activities.
- Support scheduling of:
Supply vessels
Crew boats
Barges
Cargo deliveries
Offshore transportation
- Monitor daily marine operations and vessel status updates.
- Coordinate with:
Marine coordinators
Offshore supervisors
Vessel masters
Logistics teams
Client representatives
- Prepare and maintain marine operation reports, schedules, manifests, and documentation.
- Assist in tracking cargo, equipment, fuel, and offshore materials.
- Support weather monitoring and operational planning.
- Ensure marine activities comply with HSSE and company procedures.
- Help arrange port clearances, vessel mobilization, and operational permits when required.
- Maintain communication with offshore installations and marine support teams.
Other Requirements
Diploma or degree in Marine, Logistics, Shipping, Engineering, or related field is an advantage.Experience in marine logistics, offshore support, shipping, or oil & gas operations preferred.
Familiar with offshore vessel operations and marine terminology.
Good computer and reporting skills.
Strong coordination and communication abilities.
