Job Description

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Present, promote, and sell products or services to customers

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements

- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed assigned targets

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities

- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues

- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services

- Participate in sales meetings, training, and promotional activities

Other Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience in sales or business development (preferred)

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Results-driven with a strong customer-focused mindset

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

- Willingness to travel, if required
