- Lead and coordinate day-to-day HR operations and activities.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to management and employees on employment-related matters.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns in a fair and professional manner.
- Monitor employee performance management processes, including probation, confirmation, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives based on organisational and employee needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Work closely with payroll and relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee-related information.
- Monitor attendance, leave, manpower movements, and other employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, employment regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and other HR-related analysis for management review.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and overall HR service delivery.
- Supervise and provide guidance to HR team members where applicable.
- Support management in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
