Job Description

- Act as point of contact for assigned rigs between crew and clients : both internal and external as needed.
- Plan, organize and manage the day-to-day crewing personnel functions in compliance with process and procedures.
- Ensure the correct number of crew are mobilised to different internal and external clients.
- Manage the end to end process of personnel mobilization and demobilization (travel arrangements, transfers, helicopter seat arrangement, visa, hotel, etc.)
- Manage smooth logistical arrangements where required with Airport Coordinators for incoming and outgoing crew
- Handle crew replacements in case of emergencies and shortfalls
- Responsible for crew welfare in case of medivac situations
- Ensure crew ticketing and travel arrangements are done keeping in line with cost management measures without compromising on safety or timelines.
- Event based travel arrangements for clients
-- Liaise with Clients and Rig Managers to ensure issues regarding Crewing are effectively resolved.
- Coordinate with vendors on invoices and submit them to Finance department for payables & receivables
- Monitor documents and certificates validity, schedule renewal as required. - Work in liaison with administrator for ensuring trainings is being followed up.
- Responsible for Consulate/ Immigration/ Embassy clearance
- Responsible for ensuring all crew information held on the database is current and accurate
- Maintain PPE stock, register, allocation and replenishment in coordination with assigned PPE coordinator and vendors.
- Ensure PPE invoice are cleared and forwarded to accounts department and payment records are maintained in purchase order file
- Prepare and maintain crew lists and reports for review by Country Manager
- Provide assistance to other Operation Coordinators for all rigs as required and groom and act as a mentor to the operations coordinators.
- Participate in weekly Operations meetings and gives operations reports on time.
- For any new projects pertaining to construction and non-drilling related domains , need to take the lead in conjunction with Country Manager and Team lead for planning of the project
- Backup the Team Lead as and when the business volume demands.
