Job Description

- To perform data management, consolidate and review risk based inspection technical data for piping RBI program implementation
- To maintain and perform RBI analysis for piping and pressure vessel inspection
- To monitor and manage the RBI software
- To read and draw the isometric drawing and P & ID
- To work during turnarounds, shutdowns, and normal operating hours
- To manage the mechanical integrity and safety of refinery and petrochemical equipment, therefore it is require to have certifications in API 580, API 570, API 510 and API 653
- Responsible for the preparation, printing, review, storage and submission of all reports, sketches, inspection records, photographs, and supporting document
- To prepare and submit reports of daily activities consisting of outstanding actions and recommendations, man hours utilized, and safety observations
