Job Description

- Design and optimize cementing programs tailored to well requirements, formation properties, and client objectives.

- Perform slurry design and lab testing coordination, ensuring compatibility with wellbore conditions.

- Utilize cementing engineering software (e.g., CEMPRO+, Cement Studio, WellPlan) for simulations and job modeling.

- Review and approve engineering documents such as Basis of Design, Cementing Programs, and Risk Assessments.

- Serve as the central liaison between the client’s drilling team, field cementing crews, and internal departments.

- Provide real-time engineering support during operations, including troubleshooting and adjustments to cementing parameters.

- Ensure proper planning of equipment, materials, and personnel through collaboration with operations and logistics teams.

- Analyze operational data and post-job reports to identify performance trends and service improvements.

- Support implementation of lessons learned and best practices across teams and projects.

- Participate in daily calls, planning meetings, and technical reviews with client representatives.

- Provide performance metrics, engineering presentations, and well support documentation.

- Ensure timely and professional communication with the client throughout the job lifecycle.

- Maintain accurate engineering records, job plans, and service quality data.
