Job Description

- Design and validate cementing solutions, including slurry designs and placement programs, based on well parameters and formation data.

- Coordinate laboratory testing requirements and ensure all designs are validated and optimized for operational success.

- Prepare and review technical documentation such as Basis of Design, Cementing Programs, and Risk Assessments.

- Provide real-time and pre-job support to field crews and operations teams.

- Coordinate job execution details including cement volumes, additive requirements, displacement fluid, and casing hardware.

- Ensure compliance with service quality standards and help manage job risks from planning through execution.

- Support logistics and readiness reviews with internal teams and vendors.

- Participate in daily operations calls, technical meetings, and pre/post-job reviews with client stakeholders.

- Deliver technical briefings, engineering summaries, and troubleshooting guidance.

- Ensure timely communication and clear technical documentation for all jobs.

- Analyze job performance and generate post-job reports, including pressure trends, cement bond evaluations, and lessons learned.

- Capture and communicate operational insights to improve performance and prevent recurrence of service quality incidents.

- Maintain accurate job data and documentation in internal systems
