Job Description

Carry out routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on static mechanical equipment.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair faults on static components including tanks, vessels, piping systems, and heat exchangers.

Conduct pressure tests, leak tests, and other non-destructive testing (NDT) support as required.

Assist in mechanical isolation, disassembly, reassembly, and alignment of components.

Perform flange management, torquing, and tensioning of bolted connections in line with procedures.

Work with engineering and inspection teams during shutdowns, turnarounds, and major overhauls.

Maintain records of maintenance work performed, including job cards and inspection reports.

Ensure compliance with site safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and risk assessments.

Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and lifting equipment safely and effectively.

Coordinate with other maintenance disciplines to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance.
