Job Description

Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on all rotating equipment.

Inspect, disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment such as centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes.

Conduct alignment of rotating machinery using laser and dial indicators.

Diagnose faults and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.

Support vibration analysis and condition monitoring efforts.

Replace bearings, seals, couplings, and other mechanical components as needed.

Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and observations for equipment history.

Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.

Collaborate with engineers, planners, and other maintenance teams during shutdowns and major overhauls.

Participate in root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
