Job Description

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance work on all rotating machinery.

Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to technicians and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion.

Review equipment performance and prioritize maintenance based on criticality and condition monitoring data.

Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with HSE standards and permit-to-work systems.

Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team.

Participate in major overhauls, shutdowns, and commissioning of rotating equipment.

Coordinate with reliability, planning, and operations teams to schedule and optimize maintenance activities.

Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of maintenance work, equipment history, and material usage.

Conduct training and mentorship for junior technicians and ensure competency development.

Support root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and reliability improvement initiatives.
