Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities on static equipment, ensuring timely and quality execution.

Plan and allocate work to technicians and contractors, prioritizing tasks based on operational requirements.

Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety protocols, permit-to-work systems, and company policies.

Review inspection findings and initiate corrective actions on static equipment such as vessels, exchangers, and tanks.

Monitor work progress, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Participate in shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance events, managing resources and schedules.

Coordinate with other departments (operations, planning, inspection, HSE) to align maintenance with production needs.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities, including job completion, spare parts used, and equipment status.

Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
