Job Description

Network Infrastructure
- Configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
- Configure and test Cisco network equipment including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
- Implement network upgrades, optimization, and redundancy solutions.
- Support VPN, remote connectivity, and site-to-site communication.

Systems & Server Administration
- Administer Windows Server and workstation environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), RBAC, and user access permissions.
- Maintain server hardware, storage systems, and backup solutions.
- Perform server patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness.

Virtualization & Infrastructure
- Manage and maintain VMware virtualization environments.
- Deploy and support virtual machines and hypervisor platforms.
- Monitor virtualization resources and optimize performance.

Cybersecurity
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, policies, and best practices.
- Support endpoint protection, firewall management, and access security.
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and unauthorized access.
- Participate in incident response and security investigations.

Database & Access Management
- Support database administration activities and access control management.
- Maintain secure user access and permission structures.

Monitoring & Technical Support
- Utilize ticketing systems and remote support tools to manage incidents and requests.
- Monitor infrastructure using system-monitoring platforms.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for infrastructure and network issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.

Time Synchronization & Specialized Systems
- Manage and maintain NTP/time synchronization services across infrastructure systems.
- Ensure synchronization reliability for operational and security systems.

Project & Site Support
- Support IT infrastructure deployment for remote or international project sites.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
