- Manage the drilling fluid engineering service required within the Clients' well engineering operations from the planning/design stages, through execution and into the evaluation/feedback loop.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have at least 10 years of technical and operational experience in the required discipline such as designing various mud system, knowledge of mud products, drilling fluid technologies.
- Hydraulics modeling as and when required.
- Hydrate curve generation and brine equivalent density calculations.
- Participation in well problem solving on a 24 hour / 7day per week basis.
- Submission and proofing of recapitulation reports and post well reports.
- Monitor the warehouse inventory control to insure adequate supply during the contract period.
- Assist in special projects that may arise in conjunction with the project that will be beneficial to project.
- Assist in coordinating various laboratory testing that may arise.
- Monitor the LMP operations.
- Prepare various reports that may be required by Client
- Proactively plan the roles and responsibilities of the required staff with regard to the work
