Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new project staff.
- Maintain and update personnel files and project staff records.
- Track leave, absences, and timesheets for project staff.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to at the project level.
- Support in performance appraisal documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of project staff salaries and benefits.
Administrative Support:
- Manage daily office operations including filing, correspondence, and document control.
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and workshops, including logistics and materials.
- Maintain project inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Support travel arrangements and accommodation for project staff.
- Prepare and submit periodic administrative and HR reports.
- Maintain an updated asset register and assist with procurement documentation.
Project Support:
- Assist project managers with documentation, data entry, and tracking of project deliverables.
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project-related HR and admin files.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing relevant HR and administrative records.
- Support compliance with donor and organizational administrative requirements.
