Human Resources:
• Manage comprehensive payroll processes, including TAP and SCP
contributions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee manpower planning and staff scheduling to meet operational
needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate
screening,interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a
positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee
skills and performance
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations
.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and
performance evaluations.
• Address HR-related inquiries and provide guidance in both Malay and
English.
Administrative:
• Manage and organize company documents, including certifications,
BDCA registrations, medical records, and agreements.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies regarding labor and
immigration matters
.• Assist in preparing and amending HR documents, such as employment
contracts and recruitment guides.
• Review and update company policies to ensure legal compliance.
