Job Description

Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the management team.

Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents with a high degree of accuracy.

Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events.

Manage petty cash, including accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of expenses.

Draft letters, memos, and meeting minutes with strong attention to tone and clarity.

Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Assist in the preparation and submission of reports, forms, and administrative documentation.

Ensure confidentiality and security of all company information and documentation.

Other Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

Strong documentation and writing skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with petty cash handling and basic financial record-keeping.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
