Install and commission new instruments and control systems.
Calibrate instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level sensors to ensure accurate readings.
Troubleshoot and repair faulty instrumentation and control devices.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on instrumentation equipment.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, including test data and calibration certificates.
Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics for installation and repair tasks.
Work with PLCs, DCS systems, SCADA, and other automation systems as required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, maintenance staff, and other technical personnel on system improvements or modifications.
Participate in shutdowns, turnarounds, or other special maintenance projects.
