The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning human capital strategies with organizational objectives. The role drives performance culture, talent sustainability, employee engagement, welfare governance and compliant employee relations practices to enable sustainable business growth.
• Drive end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycle (goal
setting, mid year, annual review).
• Facilitate calibration and Talent Review sessions with leadership.
• Monitor Individual Development Plans (IDP) execution and development progress.
• Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights on workforce performance trends and
talent risks.
• Align HR initiatives with business unit OKRs
and manpower plans.
• Advise management on workforce planning, structure optimization and manpower budgeting.
• Coach managers on people management and leadership effectiveness.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives. Provide workforce analytics to support decision-making.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (Townhall,
Annual Dinner, Convention, FSC Awards).
• Strengthen corporate culture through value-driven initiatives.
• Conduct engagement surveys and recommend actions plan.
• Oversee employee welfare program and benefits coordination.
• Support employees with sensitive welfare matters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory benefits and company policies
• Promote well-being initiatives (health, work-life balance, support programs)
• Manage grievances, disciplinary process, and investigations.
• Advise managers on performance improvement and misconduct cases.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and procedural fairness.
• Promote harmonious industrial relations climate.
• Design and manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs.
• Align performance outcomes with compensation recommendations.
• Support annual salary review and bonus exercise
• Promote transparent communication on reward frameworks
