Job Description

Plan Review & Permitting: Evaluate blueprints, design plans, and specifications for compliance with local building codes, zoning ordinances, and legal requirements.

On-Site Inspections: Conduct routine field inspections across various construction phases (e.g., foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, and final walkthrough).

Quality Control: Test and monitor building materials (e.g., concrete strength, steel reinforcement) and workmanship to verify they meet contract requirements.

Safety & Hazard Monitoring: Ensure job sites comply with occupational health and safety regulations.

Documentation & Enforcement: Write detailed inspection reports, issue correction notices, and—if necessary—issue stop-work orders for significant hazards or code violations
