Responsibilities :
Welcoming the guests with smiling face.
Escorting them to their table and providing them the menus.
Explaining to guests about different cuisines available at the restaurant.
Assisting guests in food and beverage selection.
Preparing the plates and napkins before serving the food.
Answering any issues and complaints faced by the guests.
Serving complimentary snacks to the guests.
Ensuring the kitchen station are well stocked with all the necessary items.
Arranging additional tables and chairs for a large group of guests.
Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
Following all the hygiene standards and procedures.
Carrying all the dirty dishes and glasses to the dish wash area.
Replacing new plates as and when requested by the guests.
Assisting Servers in delivering food to the table.
Maintaining and restoring all the kitchen equipment.
Performing additional duties as requested by the Servers.
Reporting any complaints to the Server Manager.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of food handling practices.
Excellent communication skills especially verbal.
Ability to work in a paced environment.
Outstanding physical stamina.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to walk and stand for a long period of time.
Good organizational skills.
