- Carry, handle, and organize scaffolding materials such as tubes, clamps, boards, and base plates
- Assist in erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures under supervision
- Support senior scaffolders during maintenance, construction, and shutdown/turnaround activities
- Prepare and secure work areas with barriers, signage, and safety controls
- Clean, inspect, and maintain scaffolding tools and equipment
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and accounting of all scaffolding materials and equipment
- Maintain housekeeping standards and support general site safety compliance
- Work on both onshore industrial sites (plants, yards, maintenance facilities) and offshore platforms
- Assist with offshore scaffolding tasks in high-risk environments, including working at heights and confined spaces
- Follow strict offshore permit-to-work systems and safety procedures
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Always use required PPE (helmet, gloves, safety boots, harness when required)
