Job Description

Training Design & Delivery:

- Develop and deliver ESG training programs tailored to different business sectors and organizational levels
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and virtual training sessions on ESG topics
- Translate complex ESG concepts into practical, business-relevant learning content

ESG Knowledge & Advisory Support:

- Train participants on environmental sustainability, climate risk, carbon management, social responsibility, diversity & inclusion, and corporate governance
- Explain ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements (e.g., GRI, SDGs, TCFD, CSRD, ISO standards)
- Support businesses in integrating ESG principles into strategy, operations, and decision-making

Engagement & Assessment:
- Use interactive learning methods such as case studies, group discussions, and real-world examples
- Assess learning outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness
- Adapt content based on industry trends, regulatory updates, and client needs

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with sustainability consultants, HR teams, and senior leadership
- Stay current with global ESG regulations, trends, and best practices
- Contribute to the development of learning materials, toolkits, and sustainability resources
