Tender / Bid Coordinator
Role Purpose:
To ensure document accuracy, formatting, and compliance for tender submissions across oil & gas
and non‑oil & gas projects, covering both RFQs and larger tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain compliance matrices
• Manage document formatting, numbering, and version control
• Compile final submission packages
• Ensure submission deadlines and platform requirements are met
• Maintain tender document archives
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
• 1–3 years of experience in document control or tender support roles
• Experience handling RFQs and formal tender documentation
• High attention to detail and strong formatting discipline
Added Advantage:
• Exposure to industrial, engineering, maintenance, or infrastructure documentation
