Job Description

Reporting To:
Functional Head / Tender Coordinator (during tender phase)

Role Purpose:
To support tender submissions by preparing method statements and execution approaches for
mechanical engineering and maintenance services across oil & gas and non‑oil & gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review scopes of work and technical specifications
• Prepare method statements and execution methodologies
• Define manpower, equipment, tools, and work sequencing
• Support technical clarifications and tender queries
• Ensure technical compliance with client requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and maintenance services
• Strong hands‑on understanding of execution and site operations
• Experience supporting tenders and RFQs of varying sizes

Added Advantage:
• Exposure to industrial maintenance, facilities engineering, utilities, or infrastructure projects
• Experience in oil & gas as well as non‑oil & gas environments
