Reporting To:
General Manager
Role Purpose:
To manage the end‑to‑end preparation of tenders and RFQs across oil & gas and non‑oil & gas projects,
ranging from small‑value quotations to multi‑discipline service tenders. This is a hands‑on role
requiring strong coordination, compliance, and documentation discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage RFQs, repeat quotations, and structured ITTs
• Prepare tender schedules, compliance matrices, and submission checklists
• Coordinate inputs from mechanical, maintenance, and multi‑discipline teams
• Liaise with commercial, costing, QA, and HSE functions
• Ensure full compliance with client requirements
• Maintain document control, versioning, and submission timelines
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
• 3–6 years of experience in tender coordination or bid preparation
• Exposure to mechanical, engineering, maintenance, or multi‑discipline services
• Comfortable handling both small RFQs and formal tender submissions
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools
Added Advantage:
• Experience in oil & gas and/or non‑oil & gas industrial projects
• Exposure to facilities, infrastructure, utilities, or industrial maintenance tenders
• Familiarity with manpower‑based and equipment‑based service contracts
