Job Description

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Qualify leads to determine potential for long-term business relationships.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of the company’s products or services.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiation and Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and closing deals effectively.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs to effectively position the company’s offerings.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, tracking performance against set goals and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM systems or other reporting tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment in strategies and delivery of customer solutions.
Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback to provide insights to the company’s product or service development teams, helping to refine offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Travel: Depending on the industry, frequent travel to meet clients and attend industry events or conferences may be required.

Other Requirements

Experience:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a similar industry.

Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
