Job Description

Sales Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
Client Acquisition: Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to potential clients, closing sales deals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Create tailored sales presentations, manage client inquiries, and negotiate terms and pricing.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while managing the sales pipeline.
Market Analysis: Research and analyze competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Marketing Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Design and implement marketing campaigns, including online, print, and social media efforts to promote the company’s products or services.
Brand Awareness: Create and distribute content that enhances brand visibility and attracts target audiences.
Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic and lead generation.
Market Research: Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Collaborations: Work with external agencies, vendors, or influencers to execute marketing campaigns and events.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing and sales strategies with company goals.
Campaign Analysis: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities to measure ROI and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future opportunities.

Other Requirements

Experience:
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, with a focus on generating leads and executing marketing campaigns. Previous experience in a similar industry is a plus.

Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Creativity and innovation in marketing strategies and campaigns.
Time management and organizational skills.
