The position will be responsible for contract administration, measurement, valuation, variations, progress claims, commercial reporting and cost monitoring.
The successful candidate will play an important role in protecting the company's commercial interests and ensuring that all completed and additional works are properly measured, documented and recovered.
• Review contracts, BOQs, specifications and commercial terms.
• Understand contractual scope, obligations, exclusions and deliverables.
• Maintain contract documentation and commercial registers.
• Monitor contractual milestones and obligations.
• Identify commercial risks and potential areas of exposure.
• Measure completed works and services.
• Verify quantities and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly progress valuations and claims.
• Review subcontractor measurements and payment applications.
• Reconcile actual work against contract BOQs and schedules.

• Evaluate payment applications.
• Monitor subcontractor commercial performance.
• Support subcontract negotiations where required.
Prepare regular reports covering:
• Contract status

• Forecast final cost
• Reconcile completed quantities.

• Prepare final accounts.
