Job Description

1. Execute mooring & unmooring operations of the Clients' tankers, including minor repair/inspection of messenger rope;
2. Operate the associated mooring equipment’s and facilities at the clients' Offshore Loading Jetty;
3. Pilot the railcar and bogey for safe transportation of personnel and equipment inclusive of reporting any defects/abnormalities to SLO;
4. Responsible to register railcar passengers in passenger logbook, carry out railcar onboarding induction and onboarding checks prior to railcar departure.
5. Supporting operations in MMBO (Minor Maintenance by Operator) activities such as & NOT limited to lubrication services, greasing rail track and mooring hooks, Minor general mechanical skills (e.g. greasing / de-greasing, tighten nuts & bolts), general housekeeping, etc;
6. Adhere to ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility) code requirement and LSR (Life Saving Rule);
7. To assist to operate manual valves during normal operations, start-up and shut down activities with operations supervision;
8. Moorer foreman and Moore's are stationed at the jetty.
