Job Description

-Check the premises regularly to ensure security
-Record and report emergencies
-Supervise the janitorial staff and other workers
-Hire contractors for equipment installation and repairs
-Evaluate existing systems
-Identify technical problems
-Monitor planned preventive maintenance
-Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery and other operations
-Carry out inspections of the facility
-Perform administrative or custodial tasks as needed
-Document lost and found items
-Perform random checks
-Participate in emergency planning
