• Operate cranes safely to lift, move, position, and place loads at oil & gas sites, jetties, and marine terminals.
• Perform lifting operations for offshore/onshore equipment, containers, pipes, machinery, and construction materials. Follow approved lift plans, rigging procedures, and Banksman instructions.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks on cranes and lifting accessories (Any defect immediately reports to CAP or Operation Supervisor).
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, local regulations, and BSP standards (e.g., OSHA, LOLER, API).
• Coordinate closely with riggers, Banksman, PIC and supervisors, and marine crews during operations on vessels.
• Monitor load weights, radius, wind conditions, tides, and ground stability to ensure safe lifting (follow the lifting has provided/approved by PIC).
• Report equipment defects, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately to supervisors. Maintain accurate operation logs, manhours, checklists, and lifting records.
• Support jetty operations including vessel loading/unloading, mooring support, and cargo handling.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency response drills, as well must participate on V-Card
