Business Development & Market Growth:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities for mechanical and industrial products across the region.
-Drive market expansion across oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and related sectors.
-Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with group objectives.
Key Account & Partner Management:
-Build and manage relationships with end users, EPCs, OEMs, contractors, and industrial clients.
-Act as a commercial interface between international principals, distributors, and customers.
-Lead commercial negotiations and support long-term agreements.
Distributor & Channel Development:
-Appoint, manage, and evaluate distributors and channel partners across the region.
-Set sales targets and track KPIs and performance metrics.
-Support partners through joint visits, product positioning, and market development initiatives.
Technical & Commercial Coordination:
-Work closely with technical teams and principals on product positioning, specifications, and compliance.
-Support RFQs, tenders, and technical-commercial discussions.
-Ensure solutions meet operational and regulatory requirements.
Operations & Market Intelligence:
-Coordinate with internal teams on order execution, logistics, and delivery timelines.
-Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to management.
