Job Description

1 . The Assistant Engineer is responsible to assist and execute all blasting and painting works for Ship Lift Alpha and Bravo

2. Ensuring Blasting and painting works are conducted in accordance with technical specification and/ or OEM

3. Supporting I-Ready with PM and CM of SL Alpha and SL Bravo protective coating and equipment in accordance with maintenance manuals and procedures

4. Supporting of PM and CM tasks (Painting and blasting) to ensure availability of SL Alpha and SL Bravo

5. Ensuring Quality Checks of sandblasting, grinding, painting, re-preserve of all SL Alpha and SL Bravo including equipment in accordance with technical specification

6. Support in the administrative office works

7. Support for other works as per advised by workshop manager and/or immediate supervisor as far as reasonably practicable
