Supervise Site Operations:

Ensure that all equipment and materials are available for tasks and used correctly on-site.
Safety Management:
Enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to minimize accidents and injuries.
Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to ensure workers are informed about safety procedures.
Identify potential hazards on the worksite and take immediate action to mitigate risks.
Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe work environment.
Quality Control:
Monitor work quality and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.
Inspect completed tasks and provide feedback to workers to correct any deficiencies.
Collaborate with quality control inspectors to resolve any issues related to the quality of work.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
Direct and manage the activities of construction workers, including assigning tasks and ensuring efficient use of labor.
Resolve conflicts or issues among team members and promote a positive work environment.
Ensure clear and effective communication between workers, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
Project Scheduling and Reporting:
Track project progress and work with the Project Manager to update timelines, adjust schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
Report any delays or issues to the Project Manager and recommend solutions to keep the project on track.
Maintain daily logs of site activities, personnel, equipment, and materials used.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure that all necessary documentation (e.g., work orders, safety reports, incident reports, etc.) is completed accurately and on time.
Ensure that the worksite complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
Equipment and Material Management:
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools on-site.
Coordinate the timely delivery and usage of materials, ensuring that the right materials are available when needed.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and inspectors.
Address any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
