Job Description

- Responsible for carrying out safely wireline operations as per Standard operating procedures and approved program

- Practice Assist and assure on every activity of wireline job

- Responsible on the safe lift from one work location to another and comply with the Lifting and hoisting procedures

- Lead transporting crew whenever equipment move from one location to another and comply with the safe lift and lifting and hoisting procedures

- Understand wireline equipment/ PCE including its functionality from service company

- Skills required to line up Wireline Units/ Mast/ PCE & Operate high pressure pump

- Knowledge of x-mas tree integrity prior to remove x-mas tree flange, skill to remove flange & install Hydraulic shear seal gate valve and pressure test the connection in between the shear seal gate valve against the tree valves

- Greasing on shear seal gate valves and opportunity to grease x-mas tree valve to ensure well head integrity prior/ after wireline operation

- Senior assistants report to W/L Operators and assist him to conduct his daily tasks

- Assist wireline operator and or senior assistant to carry out their tasks. Responsible for site preparation, preparation of site & rigging up of wireline equipment

- Familiar with platform cranes and able to operate it

- Understand of double barrier isolation

- Do risk assessment on all hazards associate with the activities

- Familiar with the equipment to do the job, ie. Pressure testing, hydraulic or air operated wrench for stud and bolts on x-mas tree
