Job Description

The Specialist Services Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and
executing specialist maintenance and integrity services for oil & gas, industrial, and energy
facilities. The Supervisor shall ensure all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in
accordance with client specifications, international standards, and company procedures.
The role covers the following specialist services:
 Hydraulic Bolt Torquing
 Composite Wrapping
 Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) Solutions
 Industrial Insulation
 Mechanical Maintenance
 Fabrication Works
 Flange Management
 Flange Facing (Portable Machining)
 Protective Coatings
The Supervisor shall provide technical leadership, supervise multi-disciplinary teams,
coordinate with clients, ensure quality workmanship, and support business development
activities.
General Supervision
 Provide training for MKJ Technical Services Crew for above specialist services.
 Plan, organize and supervise daily work activities.
 Allocate manpower, equipment and materials efficiently.

 Ensure all work complies with client specifications and project requirements.
 Monitor work progress and productivity.
 Ensure completion within approved schedules.
 Lead toolbox meetings and daily work briefings.
 Coordinate with Operations Manager, Engineers and Client Representatives.
 Prepare daily, weekly and completion reports.
 Support tendering and project mobilization activities.
 Provide training to MKJ Technical Services Crew for above specialist services.
