Job Description
Erecting Scaffolding: Set up scaffolding structures according to specifications and safety guidelines.
Dismantling: Safely dismantle scaffolding after project completion or as required.
Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure stability and safety compliance.
Safety Practices: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to minimize risks on site.
Collaboration: Work closely with site supervisors, construction teams, and other trades to coordinate scaffolding needs.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on scaffolding equipment as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections and work performed.
Other Requirements
Relevant scaffolding qualifications (e.g., CISRS, NCCER) preferred.Previous experience in scaffolding or construction is an advantage.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to scaffolding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Good physical fitness and stamina, as the role involves manual labor.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
