Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations on site.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and safety training sessions.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices.
Maintain and update HSE documentation, including permits, checklists, registers, and safety statistics.
Assist in emergency response planning and drills.
Support HSE inductions for new employees, contractors, and visitors.
Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement and awareness programs.
Liaise with site supervisors and management to address safety concerns and implement improvements.
