Job Description

- Report to company representative

- Responsible for the HSE related matter/ issue

- Monitor the execution of the HSE Plan

- Report HSE matter to line supervisors

- Monitoring, auditing and inspection as required by the project/ contract HSE plan against standards objective and regulation

- Conduct daily HSE meeting cover relevant HSE topic for example TAGUR contribution, personnel safety, process safety and MOC

- Carried out weekly site HSE meeting and Safety time out

- Support and encourage supervisors on HIP discussion

- Compilation of HSE documents required in performance review and milestone zero review etc.

- Assess staffs HSE training requirements as specified in the contract HSE training plan and compile/ keep of training matrix

- Carry out investigation on all incident and accidents. Compile and produce incident report

- Advice on practical implementation of legislation on Health, Safety and Envirornments matter

- Any other duties as directed by the project manager, HSE manager and the company representative

- Advice on practical implementation of legislation on Health, Safety and Environments matter (ISO 14001)

- Ensures continuous implementation of Drops, 6 Hands free rules, safe lift and other HSE proactive measures
